Processing & Shipping Policy

At Wrennymaze, we offer both preorder and ready-to-ship items—each made with love and thoughtful attention to detail.

Processing Times
    •    Preorder items require 6–8 business weeks to process before shipping.
(Note: 1 business week = 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.)
    •    We kindly ask that you size accordingly based on this turnaround, as each piece is made just for you.
    •    Some preorders may not begin production right away, as we balance them around ready-to-ship releases to keep everything flowing smoothly.

Ready-to-Ship Items
    •    Clearly labeled and can ship as soon as the next business day, but please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment depending on order volume.
    •    If a ready-to-ship item is purchased with a preorder, shipping costs may be slightly higher to account for separate shipping schedules.

Shipping & Delays
    •    Shipping times are not included in the processing timeframe.
    •    A tracking number will be sent once your order is ready to ship.
Please note: tracking may be created in advance—this helps us stay organized but doesn’t always mean the package has left yet.
    •    During holidays or high-volume periods, delays may occur.
That said, if your order is placed for a specific holiday (like Easter or July 4th), we prioritize those items to help ensure they arrive on time. Please consider transit times when ordering.
    •    If your order ever goes past the estimated time, we’ll always communicate, take accountability, and make it right with a solution or gesture.
    •    Rush orders are not available—we complete all orders in the order received to ensure fairness.

Returns & Cancellations
    •    Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
    •    Please double-check sizing and order details at checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by weather and other events outside of our control. Once a packages leaves our business  and is scanned by USPS, we no longer have any control of the whereabouts of the package. 

LOST / MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your package, please be sure to check around your property and reach out to neighbors in case someone has accepted the package on your behalf or it was misdelivered.

We advise waiting 1-2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If your package has still not been located or redelivered after 2 business days, please notify your local post office directly in order to file a claim. You can file a claim at the post office by providing your tracking information.

After you file a claim, you will receive a claim number from USPS. E-mail us at wrennymaze@gmail.com with your claim number and we can assist you further.
